Sierra Bioresearch specializes in the custom synthesis of analog nucleoside analog mono, di and triphosphates. We can prepare the modified nucleotide analogs that you need.
The cost for a small scale custom synthesis of a modified nucleoside triphosphate ranges from $510 to $710 plus the cost of the modified nucleoside. This process yields from two to ten milligrams of the triphosphate as the triethylammonium salt, at purity ranging from 90 to 95%+, depending on the nature of the nucleoside.
